I still feel like Noel should have been disqualified from that ‘camouflage’ task. If the army said “we need to camouflage in this terrain” and someone just used photoshop, they’d be fired. Being in the fruit bowl was editing, not camouflage. By that logic you could take a picture of yourself and then edit yourself out of it and say it’s camouflage

@@nightsgrow6575 thare was 2 ways one way it was hide and go seek tag and it the rules where dont get caught. And the hide and go seek in the house because we couldn't run inside it was like you word describing you pick a spot and then you almost stay in that spot until you found unless you realized spots too challenging to find and you want to use it another round so slightly adjust yourself to a slightly more obvious place but not quite that spot so they don't find it and use it

I remember playing this with my friends a couple years ago in late fall/ early winter when we were hanging out at one's house. One hid under his deck, another in the bushes out behind his house. I took it to a whole nother level by climbing 30 ft into the air into a tree. There was a bit of snow on the ground and it was pretty cold out so when all my friends were found except me they got worried. Eventually they gave up and were like "you win come out now" and it spooked them senseless when they heard me respond from above them. Remember, nobody ever looks up.

Had a similar one when I was a kid where six of us were playing hide and seek at someone's house. I found a trunk, but if I closed the lid you couldn't breathe in it. So I kept the lid barely cracked and gently closed it whenever I heard people coming into the basement. Then cracked it again when they left. It was a good half hour and I did not immediately come out when they started calling out for me. Waited until I heard everyone, who had swapped to seeking, in the basement nearby, then opened the lid. The screaming was legendary, I think they thought the trunk was haunted. Apparently more than one other kid had considered the trunk, but discarded it because of the breathing issue. Being able to hold your breath for a minute and a half makes for way more opportunities for hide and seek spots.

I did the same - the counter was in the pergola with a grapevine over the top, I waited till everyone else had fled, climbed a nearby tree, and hit right on top, about 4 feet up, from the counter. Nobody saw me do it and I got to hear everyone after they were found chatting underneath me. I have never felt more CIA than that moment - it was exhilarating to be hidden.

I remember we were probably about ten and I was at my friends house, we all played hide and seek including his older brother and his friends, we had to give up because his brother kept hiding on the roof and when we’d give up he would jump down behind the house and come around the corner

"Do you know the rules of Hide and Seek?" Is actually a valid question! In this version, it seems like once you find someone, that's over. But that's not the rules that I played by growing up in Poland. In the version that I know, the seeker could only announce finding a person while next to the "base" (in this case, the caravan). The hiders could reach the base and declare themselves "free"; and it didn't matter if the seeker saw them, if they could reach the base faster. So the seeker had to start close to the base and gradually wander further and further, while checking all the spots; while the hiders had to avoid detection until they're closer to the base that the seeker (assuming the same running speed), then just go for it.

Pointless random observation: Alex upon finishing counting yells “Coming! Ready or Not”. I grew up in California and we would yell “Ready or Not, Here I Come!” Was just curious if this was a regional or national difference.
