sweet video!!!! I like the locations and signal bridges. what RR was these originally? and the one signal bridge i see has a tri-light triangle style in the middel like the RI did in KS.

Eric Burris Thanks a bunch. These lines are both former MoPac while the first train seen in the video was a former C&EI (Chicago and Eastern Illinois) line before MoPac got a hold of it. Check this link out and see some more history of the area where I shot this footage at. Definitely when it was a little more interesting :-) alongtherails.wordpress.com/2010/06/29/change-over-the-years-at-gorham/

where have you been able to find the current UP timetables????
@LewisMarien7 жыл бұрын
Kevin Clower - As far as UP ones in 2017 - I don't have them. UP employees can access the most recent ones via their company website and they usually don't get spilled out to the public. I do have modern-ish UP ones that were from 2004, notably the St. Louis and Chicago Service Units. The St. Louis Service Unit one includes the Mount Vernon and Chester Subs as seen in this video. If you had any requests for certain ones I can check my computer to see if I have it.

Boy it sure would be grand if something covering Springfield and Joliet subdivisions could pop up. I live 6 houses away from control point 123 in Normal. You have anything that far upstate????
@LewisMarien7 жыл бұрын
Hmm... Yes I just might! Check your PMs. If you're not able to find the message, here's what I sent: "I can send you the PDF of the timetable(s) via email. It'd feature more than just the Springfield and Joliet subs though. If I remember right the Springfield line is part of the St. Louis Service Unit and the Joliet is part of the Chicago Service Unit."
