Am. or not but "kitchens" is used distinctly for new hair growth, with natural curl separation, indicating "it's time to straighten bc ur [ethnic] roots are showing.". If he means breakage, he should say breakage. He's the professional. You shouldn't have to clarify for him.

I feel so heartbroken for her mom need to be taught by people like you and this military mom I knew so they can step up and teach their sons and daughters to take care of themselves my friend had the most beautiful hair my friends mom never let her get perms or dye her hair and she made her take care of her hair and she had this shining soft thick head of hair it was so beautiful and I wish more people new how to take care of their beautiful hair I had almost no hair until kindergarten and people use to call me cancer kid if the shampoo didn't make my hair super dry it made it super greasy and made me get zits but my friend told me that everyone has different hair and we need to find out what works for our hair and now my hair is soft and grows much faster I love her for that🫶
