Although I select HIDOCK on my computer (sound), the music (sound) does not play out of the HIDOCK.

That’s weird , have you tried restarting the pc laptop or disconnecting the dock and reconnecting or perhaps using a different hdmi port

I recently purchased the HiDock H1, expecting a high-quality device as advertised, but my experience has been disappointing. The AI transcription feature, a major selling point, frequently fails to function properly, rendering it unreliable for meeting notes. Additionally, there's a noticeable audio delay during calls, which disrupts communication. When I reached out to customer support, they attributed the issues to server overloads, offering no concrete solutions. Considering these persistent problems and the lack of effective support, I regret investing in this product.

But you can't change anything as far as speakers unless you pay more money, right? Something they didn't tell me when I purchased the producet.
