breakfast is only a habit for 9 to 5 workers, you don’t need breakfast to have energy. Everything you eat takes 4 to 9 hours to digest, breakfast give you energy is just a hormonal tricks making you feel energize you are actually using energy generated from liver which stored as fat, after a few days you will get use to not eating breakfast

其實好depends on what you eat and how much. There is no such a thing as one formula fits all. 小食多餐對糖友絕對正确. 最重要是每餐食物種類, 分配和份量. 例如麥皮最好用大片large flake oats或steel cut 並且加些小甜蘚果如藍莓或士多啤梨. 不要吃快熟. 如喜吃粥, 加南瓜. 最好不要熱食. 微暖食減低血糖飚升. 多做運動及保持心情輕鬆. Stress絕對会影响血糖穩定. 祝君健康. Cheers.

Another "mainstream" of dietary! She doesn't even understand a very basic fact that "Break-fast" really meaning "Breaking the fast"! Simple fact, we as humans don't need to eat so frequently, 3 meals + snacks will only increase insulin! I've been on keto (high fat, low carb) + intermittent fasting (not hungry because of using/burning fat as fuel) for fully a year, I'm now full of energy, no brain fog, 50% improvement on my sinus, NO MORE period pain, NO CRAVING of sweets n more...I too learning this very precious info mainly from Dr. Eric Berg & Dr. Jason Fung. They have successfully helped many patients to revert type 1&2 diabetics. I understand the goal of this channel is to share & help the public to stay fit & healthy, however having guests/speakers like her will only mislead the public...this happened before with another "mainstream" dietitian, and videos were removed by the producer, which was the right thing to do...
