I love Ms MO’s philosophy of food and living rhythm. Not too extreme, yet discipline. It’s prove that her way of eating and living is great by looking at her young looking skin. She’s my kind of role model.
I am the one to do 168 for long time. I drink coffee in the morning, eat breakfast at 10 a.m. lunch at 1, dinner at 5. Mid day snack nuts, cheese, smoothie. Very successful. I lost 30 lbs gradually in a few years. Of course, Need to eat eggs and meats for protein, veggies and fruits mainly. I found this is very useful, no need to be hungry, can eat everything. If we have a party, then I don’t do for a day. Most of time, I will do 6 days a week. Hope this helps!

I can’t exercise after eating too , I am more energized without eating when do exercise 😊

Mo,your protein drink during your morning exercise has already kicked you out 16/8 fast. It has protein. Insulin does rise a bit. A bit not a lot, but still. Of course way better than crab.
