As always I really do appreciate your honest reviews Scotty. I'm so glad you liked it my friend. Love the slider choice you did versus just cutting up the meat and eating it like a steak. Those sliders were a win win and my using my products or not, steak sauce on a chuck roast slider had to be killer😋

That was quite the production. Never had much luck with chuck roast. Will have to give it another try. Be well sir. JT

Chuck us tricky. Ask your butcher for a chuck that's been cut closer to the prime rib section

Scotty what would you say is your hot spot on the Lexington? You should do a biscuit test on the two Lexington one with the flame tamer and one without.

@@ScottysBackYardBBQ I've done them with a reverse sear and ate it at medium rare. Was chewy but good. This way looks to get that great sear taste without the chewy factor. Darn you and your awesome looking cooks Scotty!!!!

FYI... Link in description leads to 404 not found. Thanks though, I too am doing a chuck roast as well, except Im doing the Sous vide route. Just finished the initial cook 135 degrees for 30 hours. Now its chilling in the fridge until I get time to fire up the smoker again.
