Dear sir , Namaste !! I m 2 months pregnant and my age 32 , most of the time I feel anxiety and sensation in my body whenever I go to hospital my bp goes to 140/80 or more next remain same. Can it will affect my health or my baby’s health. I regularly do yoga , walking and half n hour exercise apart from this breathing exercises also . I don’t take sugar also.
