As someone who experienced burnout 10 years ago, that last advice is gold. Know when to change and take a chance on yourself and don't see it as defeat.

As a nurse, the past few years have been burnout-inducing. The only thing that cured burnout for me was saving a stash of FU money. When I got FU money, my mindset shifted from "I have to be here" to "I want to be here." Knowing I can leave at any time made all the difference. That money also allowed me to work part time, which further helped prevent burnout.

Nice advices, it's way more intelligent to acknowledge our limitations and work within our range, than neglect the fact we are humans and need to replace energy to do things better.

Would it be possible to get a list or a video about your hair care routine so I can have a reference to start improving mine?

Can you do a video on the new Ishares Lifepath ETFs? And is it a good idea to invest in these target date funds in a taxable brokerage?
