Thank you for sharing a beautiful home. The primary bathroom being two bathrooms is really cute!! And it is nice to be able to go downstairs to the selection of restaurants of the hotel property!!

A little confused. How many bedrooms? Boston is super expensive. I think 16 million is a bit much but not far off. I love it . reminds me of my parents place at Marina Bay.

No disrespect to you, but you neglected to mention the elephant in the room, which was the big fat pillar in front of the kitchen island, although structurally needed, obstructing the view as well as interactions from people in the kitchen with those eating at the table or in the living room. Furthermore, you avoided completely showing the bedrooms, which I assume was due to their being on the small size. Otherwise, good presentation.

16 million for an apartment is a joke. I'll buy that for a house, never for an apartment. The design is great but imo it's worth 600k

You can probably get it for less than 600k in Somalia, with better water views.

@stanlee3619 that is true, but you also have to think about the custom furniture and appliances. Because if a property came with custom furniture, it cannot be resold. The materials used, and the labor behind each piece. I was being generous with the 600k

The design is awful. There is a big fat pillar in front of the kitchen island and the bedrooms are way too small for this price point. The two toilets connecting to each other are also very, very bad for privacy.

@stanlee3619 I was being generous with the 600k, but because it's a property with custom furniture it increases in value. Custom furniture cannot be resold, each piece is dedicated to the design and style of each home. The amount of labor, materials and value can impact the property's value

@@yssolomanYou seem brilliant, much like the people who would buy into this building. Do you know how the value of something is established? ? It's based on what someone is willing to pay for it. You know, probably someone who went to Harvard or MIT, among two of the top universities in the world, who could be faculty, or is running one of the companies in one of the top tech or financial hubs in New England, and probably not some kid who made a handful of gaming videos, none of them exceeding 100 views. Guess which one sets the price of the market? Probably someone from the first group, who wants to live in the tallest building in the city, and needs a glamorous place to bring clients, and not someone who says "600k or less, my final offer."
