Just installed CC3 on my Audi TTS (comes with Bose system). First thing I noticed is strong continuous buzzing noise. According to the installation guy this is normal, but I don’t think it is. Could it be product defective or installation issue?

I love the unit but to my regret I didn’t manage to set neither the ADAS nor hotspot , Looks to be simple to install settings but for a reason or any other I didn’t succeed. Any help will be appreciated.

High. What could be the reason my CC3 cuts off sound for like 3-5 seconds when I am listening to music with a medium-high volume? This happens every 10 minutes or so. I am using an original Teyes wiring harness in a 2014 Mitsubishi Pajero. Other than that I have no issues. Thanks!
