There is a singular small habit that is transforming my leadership. This habit has: maximized my time, improved my eating and exercise habits, improved the way I present myself, increased my energy and inspiration, and most of all has improved my relationship with God and my wife. That singular habit has been preparing for the day ahead before I go to bed. My night time routine now includes planning my calendar, preparing meals, and setting out my clothes for the next day. This has lead to early times going to bed, and earlier times waking up as well as so many other changes I've wanted to make over the years. Small habit. Big difference.
