This is my favourite healthy chocolate pudding. It can be eaten as dessert, breakfast or as a snack and it is high in protein, full of fibre and healthy fats. It's also gluten-free, dairy-free and can easily be modified for any other allergies or dietary intolerances.
RECIPE
2/3 cup yogurt (unsweetened)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (see below)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/3 cup milk of choice
TOPPINGS (optional)
Fresh or frozen fruits
Almond butter
Cacao nibs
Ground flaxseeds
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
