a few months back, Vitamin Shoppe had the Bum energy for a $1 dollar a piece. i bought all 3 of them as i had'nt tried any of them. The cherry flavor is my favorite, then the orange, then the lime one. All of them were really good, but the beer can size kinda sucks lol

Have you tried recipes in Pyrex dish? I saw on tik tok. You take round dish and put uncooked rice, chicken broth, chicken with seasonings and sauces (salsa, mayo, Trader Joe’s chimichurri sauce etc) and bake in the oven. You can make a few for meal prep. I bet you would come up with some great ideas.
