why remove egg yolk but add avocado. you get more choline and biotin just from a yolk. still get riboflavin, folate, magnesium and potassium. they usually have omega 3 added and cholesterol is hdl cholesterol. also more essential amino acid. thats too many extra steps for not much difference. some loss even.

You can buy egg whites only in a carton. 😅 he never had yolks to begin with. Also yes more calories but you get nutrients from the yolks. I always do a ratio of 2:1 or 3:1 egg white to eggs with yolk.

Why would you remove the egg yolk and then add avocado, topped with pesto even? You remove the fat to make it higher protein and then you add a very high fat side, topped with even more fat?!? Note, fat is not bad, and avocado is a healthy fat but so are egg yolks. If your goal is to have high protein for the calories, don't then add the avocado

I can't imagine if you could done anything worse. First of all: You can only eat six eggs a week. Eggg whites have less protein than egg yolks. You messed up the country style omelette which is the easiest thing in the world. Olive oil has low smoke point. Red onions on the pan wtf they were invented to be more sweet, You don't need to also cook them. Pepper skins should be removed. 0 color. Kayle is disgusting and overhyped. Used everywhere spinach. Salt and pepper durring cooking not at the end. Dried paprika which could be fresh. Herbs from provance could have been fresh. Cheese contains estrogen which is a hormone for women. Tomatoes skins should be removed. Avocadoes consume loads of water. You didn't do pesto yourself. Up untill adding it it could have been a decent low-fat idea but now it isn't
