Girl, you need to invest in an Instant Pot. Chick peas or veg broth…so much better! AND saves you time 😊

I absolutely love your meal prep videos that are high protein vegan!!!It is SOOOO helpful to my lifestyle I love to meal prep for a few days then I am ready and done and know I will be successful eating for at least a couple to few days and I like to know that there is a guaranteed amount of daily protein per day and it feels so liberating to also not have to worry about calculating that! Plus all your recipes are delicious they are simple and they have every day ingredients. How refreshing! EXCELLENT job, thank you thank you thank you thank you.!!!!!!!!!!!

Overnight oats are lovely, but I never make more than 2 days ahead. I always end up with funky fizzy flavours because the yeast on the fruits starts having a party.
@KaryluzPalacioVega Жыл бұрын
Maybe freeze, that way you can prep more in advance, and have them at your disposal.

@@hansvonlobster1218 try using less water/liquid than normal, I freeze mine and they are runnier when I just do them than when I unfreeze them.

Hiya, I love watching you and listening when you're cooking real food and the only food that feeds soul, body and mind 😊...How many years has your mum been plant based? I was born while living on a fharm with sweet precious creatures and refused to eat my friends from age 5yrs. I'm 69yrs now and my children and grandsons are all plant based since birth. One 49yrs, 44yrs, 42yrs, 22yrs and 15yrs..ALL fit and very healthy.😅😅😅😅x

For gluten free folks, chickpea flour works so well for thickening soups and sauces! :) Would be nice here, as it is a chickpea soup.

I've used tapioca starch on tofu instead of corn starch and it definitely doesn't work. It gets all gooey and the tofu sticks together. The texture is horrible.Don't try it.

I have had good luck with potato starch - comes out super crispy (I roll tofu in it, then just toss in the air fryer most of the time). Also bakes in the oven well 👍

if you want an alternative to corn starch, i recommend potato starch or arrowroot starch! those work really well ☺🤍

Has anyone else noticed the trend of long running vegan channels having tons of subs but fewer and fewer relative views as time goes on? Do you know why? It's because 80% of vegans abandon the cult and stop viewing.....
