Amy Powell, a.k.a "The Girl in the Hard Hat", is the current owner and founder of Well Works, which designs, builds, and conducts leadership mindset training for those within the construction industry. With over 18 years of construction experience, the majority of it as a Project Manager for a Commercial GC, she noticed the lack of training and information focused on the "boots on the ground" leadership to best lead our diverse construction teams. Tired of looking for the "right tools for the job," she decided to roll up her sleeves, collect her MEd in Adult Education, and build these tools herself to equip fellow industry members with "leadership mindsets" to help in their current or future roles.
Available Nationwide, The WWLDP is built to equip front-line construction leaders with tools and information to efficiently and effectively lead our teams within our fast-paced, high-stress industry.
Delivered in bite-sized micro-learning blocks, this 12-week-mobile-based program is specifically built using first-hand construction experience to work with our hectic schedules (not against them) by providing actionable resources relevant to everyday construction challenges without ever having to leave the job site.
Crew members further cement (retain and apply) the content through an industry coach-led weekly discussion with 5-10 other industry members (cohort).available nationwide.
