Unfortunately, you're falling into the political trap that the Cantillionaires want the public to remain within. Blaming the President, or targeting certain politicians. The reality is, the Federal Reserve is to blame, along with Congress. Take a little dive into learning how our fiat money system actually functions. The federal deficit has only increased with every president. How is money created? Congress votes on a spending bill, treasury bonds spring into existence, promising to pay back the money with interest. The largest banks (JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, etc...) bid on those bonds then take them to the Federal Reserve (not a government agency BTW). The Federal Reserve "cashes" those bonds and new money is created in our system. Next, the Cantillon Effect takes place, and those closest to the money printer (Federal Reserve) get to spend the money first, and direct where it goes. They get the benefit of lower cost on goods and services because the newly created money which expanded our total money supply hasn't rippled out to the rest of the economy yet. So they buy cheap real estate, hard assets, etc... Inflation is a symptom of a growing money supply, it is literally designed to steal wealth from the public in a subtle way. If you pay close attention, those bonds that are promised to be paid back with interest can never actually do so. Imagine you print the first dollar into existence, but promise to pay it back with 10% interest. Effectively, you owe $1.10, right? where does that $0.10 come from? It doesn't exist in the current money supply of $1.00. The system doesn't work. Eventually, there will be too much interest owed on the federal debt, and the whole system will collapse. Right now, 40+% of our taxes we pay go towards paying the interest on our federal debt. The average duration that a fiat money system lasts is ~100 years as a World Reserve Currency. The U.S. Dollar has been the World Reserve Currency for 110. Our money is due for a collapse. The only way to protect your wealth is to put it into "hard" assets, and not keep it in cash. Hard assets are things that are hard to create more of, things like Gold, Real Estate, and yes even Bitcoin. Stop listening to the crooks in D.C. Do a bit of learning about what makes "Sound" money. Inflation is a Keynesian idea. Deflation is the goal, don't be fooled by those saying that inflation is needed to prevent people from hoarding money. Our whole fiat system is literally a giant Ponzi scheme.

Most people I've talked to feel something on a world stage that's so devastating will happen before November this year. The banks run on lending money... which is a major slow down. Real-estate and construction are on a serious decline nationally. Are debt level is climbing wherein in 3 years are interest will be more than our total revenue annually. Right now in the first time in history the feds cannot bail us out in any major emergency without serious inflation. This all spells a reset which none of us know..... I would buy Bitcoin and buy hard assets like gold /silver as a store of value while also actively trading.....managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... 100% correct! Having cash on hand to buy when the market corrects is sound advice. Reducing risk exposure as a person gets older is the wise thing to do. All are proven investing principles. Buy low, hold, reinvest dividends, sell higher, works!

This guy is a really bad market strategist or he was told to say a bunch of crap. 1. Yes, inflation lowers the buying power of the dollar over time. But, at the same time, it increases the value of the business ownership over time too. It's one of the reasons why real estate and stocks are good places to put your money to investment in. Instead of your money just sitting in the bank losing value with inflation, the ownership of the business and property increases in value, due to inflation. It's why the stock market, despite crashing or losing value at any point, will always go back to a higher value and rises over time constantly. 2. He should have known when the worst recessions were, especially since that is the topic he is supposed to cover. 1921? Give me a friggin break. At least he got the century right. 🙄 3. Jerome Powell and the Federal Reserve have only three responsibilities and any market analyst or strategist learns this in their economics class 101. The Fed controls interest rates, the supply/flow of money and regulation of the financial markets. Jerome Powell does NOT have control over the cost of wages, insurance, housing, health care, food, utilities or the like. Those things are controlled by capitalism and it is why the US' economy is called a "free market economy". To give Jerome Powell any blame for any bad situations in these areas of the market is just plain misinformation. He controls those three things I mentioned to try and subside the damages, like increasing interest rates to slow or lower inflation, which he has done. What happens after that is up to the market economies and the businesses in them. If they wish to gouge pricing for instance, that is greed and inconsideration for customers. Customers though, have to know when that is happening. Like prices going up a lot more than inflation rates. That's not normal. It's price gouging. 4. Yes, retirement funds can be reduced by a stock market crash. But, that's only when you do nothing and you end up being a victim of the crash. And crashes are imminent parts of free market capitalism. So, only those who don't have a clue let their money sit in stocks or bonds as the crash happens. A little knowledge about when to "pull the trigger" and sell your assets to rebalance the IRA to cash would save a ton of those losses. And any good account manager would know when to do that. So, yeah. All this is just FUD for the ignorant. Instead of telling you what to do in such a scenario so you are smarter, Faux News lets you sit there and fume and fear and just let you become the victim. Think about that please. They don't want you safe and smart. They want you dumb, angry and fearful and that is really, really sad, especially if you consider this crap as "good to watch". I mean, the one good question posed, "what to tell retirees to help them", and the "investor" goes on to tell a bunch of crap and NOT what retirees or those close to retiring what they should hear. Yes, he did say sell. But, he also said pull your money out of the IRA. And well, at that point, it IS taxable. Dumb. Just plain dumb.

Just keep in mind that the success of copying another trader lies in their transparency. Make sure you know who you are dealing with before copying them. My two cents. Goodluck!

Focus on long term investments in property, stocks, and bonds. Avoid copying, daytrading and 'chart astrology'. Diversify across different geographies, industries, and value chain stages - to reduce your risk. You can do this with ETFs, or by selecting different stocks yourself. This is the best way to invest for more than 90% of people

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a market analyst for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again.

You work all your life and then find out that Social Security is broke and the only way to fix it is to continually cut benefits and increase the eligibility age. As it is SS won't even cover my rent. On top of that there's a real threat of losing 50% of your nest egg overnight in the market. The advice wealth advisers give is to just invest everything in the market and you will be ok as long as you are diversified and invest for the long term. Sorry, with just a few years to retire I can't take that kind of risk. When the market crashes, and the banks are closed, having a diverse portfolio of stocks and a rosy long term outlook isn't going to cut it. I am seriously considering living abroad in low cost of living countries with good healthcare, low crime, low taxes, and better climate.

Haha, of course his answer is "buy real estate"!! Dude is just there talking his own book. If the stock market falls, you better bet real estate will too. And if you make the choice to leverage your Real Estate investment by only putting 20% down, a 20% correction in the market completely wipes you out.
