Love your one shots Kim. Quick note on the crit rules, pretty sure Mark's rule is (max dice + dice roll) + damage modifier so it would be (12 + 2d6) +4. Think you might've added the damage modifier twice which is why Tom questioned it. Great job DMing, vivid descriptions set the scenery very well.
