We had the same rules in our school. It was a small catholic school so they had tabs on everyone. Once they figured out they’d call your parents up to come to school and talk with the girls parents. Basically putting an end to it. Once anyone graduated from the school they’d just go wild.

Unpopular opinion, I agree with the school. Only because in my granddaughters' school , and she JUST TURNED 13 Monday, so this is 12 and 13 years old, a young girl got caught giving sexual favors at school and also a sex tape just came out of this girl with several boys at the school. A damn 12 year old. So maybe they know something in the UK that we don't here.

I unfortunately, and without provocation, had a guy try to make a grab under my skirt in class, and later trap me against a locker and grab my chest. He got reported to the Vice Principal and I got pulled into the guidance councilor's office. He left me alone after that, yet he was still in the school.

When I was in high school ten years ago, my female friend group used to play a game called "two for flinching" Basically, you walk up to a friend at their locker and try to scare them. Hug is different than a prolonged hug. This is fairly easy in my view. Seniors are close to 18 if not already. I would say its ok to let them hold hands, or an arm around and maybe even a quick peck. But then what is a high school student? Freshman, sophmore, juniors, and seniors are all high school. I dont think freshmen know jack sht about serious relationships. (Neither do seniors, but the age played a slight part). So where do we draw the line? ITS OBVIOUS! Instead of arbitrary grey areas about affection in school, EVEN IF YOU ARE A SENIOR.... *CUT IT OUT* ! Not for seniors, not for _any_ high schoolers. I agree with banning affection across the board period. Otherwise its messy and distracting to the garbage education you need to learn Lol...... Its like religion. There are some folks that want religion back in our school. But they are christian, and forget that HELLO! That means ALL religion. Not just a jewish one. Or the call to prayer over the speaker multiple times during the day where muslim kids hit their knees. The torah, or Buddhists, or better yet atheists, etc etc. It quickly becomes a mess when kids are actually there for core curriculum and arithmetic. Just *_cut it out and do it on your own time!!_* That's my 2 cents.......
