Not in a million years would I have been ready to marry and have kids (!) so young. I had my wild oats to sow and knew that I was not near ready yet. Wasn't until I was 36 that I found the man at the right time to share the rest of my life with. Had my daughter at 38. (One was enough.) I did make it through college and grad school becoming an artist and art teacher during the years you were both raising your family. I am certainly impressed that such young kids were able to stick together, build a large family, a profitable business, and still have such a loving relationship. Rare indeed.

My hubby and I ate high school sweethearts too. We started dating our sophomore yr. Hubby went off to college and we couldn't stand being apart. We dated for 3 yrs, married and 41 yrs ago this past January since we said, "I do!" It's been great! We love and respect each other more every day! I have been disabled for 6 yrs due to a car accident and this man that stole my heart all those yrs ago has stayed with me and takes such great care of me. God knew who I would need in this life and He gave me the perfect mate for live and enterity! Congrats on being high school sweethearts and now husband and wife! I hope your marriage last a lifetime and,that you grow deeper in love each day! Keep making love history!!!😊❤

Well I didn’t make it with my m marriage failed after 22 years he went of with someone Else but I’m happy now I’m on my own and I can do what I want to do I love my crafts and I make lots of rag rugs and crocheting I love doing up furniture and things I’m also a Gardner and florist but retired now I still do my garden I’d love to come and help you do your house up and do the garden for you make it like a cottage garden would be fund

Why are you dating a sophomore? That was 1979.... Forty years ago this year and still together. Married 35, we dated for 5 years.One daughter 32, she's married and has one daughter of her own with a second daughter on the way this September. Sometimes you just know when you've found the LOVE of your life. Even if as early as high school!!! Best wishes for many more happy healthy years to you and your family!!!
