360 degree superb views 10/10. I wish the celebrity TV presenters would do videos like this which actually shows the walk. All they do is end up doing is a tourist advert for English Heritage locations and they show only five minutes of the actual walk. Even Paul Rose gets railroaded into the tourist attractions.

Did. Slightly different route today. Parked at Great Wood, over to Bleaberry Fell up a really steep ascent of stone "steps". Found the path to Bleaberry and headed up to the trig. Was quite a climb. Then headed over to High Seat then High Tovy, down to Watendlath. Really good views along the way, wouldn't like to do it when boggy. Dry as a bone all the way. Down to Ashness Bridge which was a trickle, then surprise view. Good day.
@AlanMETALMAN Жыл бұрын
Nice that you got it nice and dry as it is a bog up there but I always start from Ashness bridge so I do not have that steep up from Great Wood, I also prefer to get the highest one done first so it is then downhill all the way. Haven said that you did quite a hike over to High Tovy and down to Watendlath, I hope the café was open, you will have needed plenty of refreshments after that. Thanks so much for watching, cheers Alan

Fantastic hike and views Alan, well worth the occasional boggy section for scenery like that! Can recommend Rannerdale Knotts over at Buttermere for bluebells. ATB Anthony 👍👍👍

What a great crew you had Alan. And the views were superb! I could sit for hours with you taking in the beauty. I feel your pain about being the domestic god. Lol My wife had shoulder surgery a couple of months ago and I had to do everything. Funny thing is, she didn't like dehydrated meals for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Hahahaha ATB, Tony

Another awesome adventure my friend! GoPro seems to be doing awesome. I'm almost ready to get one myself but, I'm working on a big surprise for my channel so, my GoPro will have to wait a little longer.

Alan, it didn't surprise me at all that you were first at the top. You look like such a strong man. Happy to hear you got clean underwear on again. :-) The footage was so very awesome. Such a beautiful day and the scenery was epic. It always looks like a painting to me. That must be a really great camera you have there. Thanks again for taking us along. Take care and God Bless. ☺~ Shirl

Thanks very much for watching Shirl and the washing machine was one thing that still remains a mystery to me lol. Real pleased with the camera (Gopro Hero7 Black) and I have had it a couple of months now and it's been great. Thanks so much for your real nice comments, cheers Alan

Video quality good Alan, if you filmed in 4k it would be even better but that's a much bigger file to store/handle. Lovely day and hike with fellow walkers in the glorious Lake District great stuff. Hope it's good weather next week I'm back there again not sure where I'm going yet. ATB!

Thanks very much for watching Eddie and really happy with the quality of the Hero7 Black, even at 1080p and the additional bonus of smaller, more manageable files. If the weather changes to wet and windy, I know you will be back lol. Cheers Alan
