I've used your youtube videos to share in discussions on things like hell, state of the dead etc. These guys are mostly military, cops of all faiths and lots of athiests. What seems clear as a bell to me, the way you explain it, they don't get. Most, if they know you are an evangelist won't watch or worse if you are SDA (the cult thing) It's really frustrating but I know someone will watch and may never comment. I miss the feeling you must have when people see the light. Must feel good.

I grew up Lutheran and when older attended a non denominational rock n roll church than rented the church building to SDA .long story short the Bible study is AMAZING! The SDA church preaching and teaches God's Holy Word. Please watch a video called the Bride ,the beast and Babylon. God bless you

Ryan Johnson, and others desirous of Truth, the Bible actually does teach soul sleep. No one takes off to Heaven the moment after they die. This is a huge error that most Christians have believed, without ever checking the state of the dead, and the reason for Jesus’ soon Coming, which is to awaken His people in the First Resurrection. Then, after the Millennium in Heaven, when the Kingdom of God comes down to settle on the earth, the Second Resurrection takes place. This is when God will raise the wicked and then ultimately destroy them, along with Satan and his wicked angels- completely and utterly, do that “sin will not rise up the second time” to cause havoc on earth. Praise God for soul sleep! The dead sleep soundly and dreamlessly in their graves, and then, as If it were only a moment in time, they will hear the voice of Jesus say their name, and cry out, “Awake, awake, ye who sleep in the dust”!! Do you really think there are billions of people living in Heaven right now- or billions of bodiless ghosts floating around God?? Makes no sense at all. But, God’s plan is sooo much better! We sleep without any consciousness and then, The resurrection of the righteous! Yes, Jesus has borne the sins of the world and He is our Redeemer, but Satan is the cause of all sin, and ultimately he will pay the penalty for the sin with which he has infected our whole planet, so God will utterly burn him and all evil up, for good. So there is no blasphemy in either of these vital teachings. Trust Pastor Doug’s truthful knowledge of the Bible, and do Not live in a faulty brain-washed condition which has deluded so many so-called Christians for thousands of years, simply because they have Not studied the Word of God carefully with the leading of the Holy Spirit- but chosen to believe the lies of satan, sadly, even from many church pulpits🙏🏼😍

May I ask how old you are? There was a lady dying of cancer and Dr's. Gave up. Someone told her to drink carrot juice. She drank so much her body turned orange but her cancer went in remission. The devil came to kill steal and destroy. You're not done until God says you are not man. Claim your healing and like the lady said use turmeric and d3, zinc, and herbs. I pray for God's holy hand to be upon you and breathe life back into your body in Jesus name. Lord God we need your people to teach others the youth in these last days and in the 1000 yrs of peace. Hi Pastor Doug, we had the same experience as you had when we found the Sabbath truth on the TV-Satelite, coming from a Baptist church background (but born again) and visited Adventist churches and they were Not excited about it! BUT God sent an Adventist pastor to our Baptist church who wanted to rent the church on the 7th day, and our Baptist pastor gave it to him, because we had asked so many questions about Sunday and Sabbath and our pastor couldn't answer them and so we studied with the Korean Adventist Pastor on the Sabbath in the Baptist Church and learned more and more and studied at home and God brought more Adventist friends into our lives and from here our talking with family was blessed so that my sister and brother in law in Germany got convicted and also left the Baptist Church in Germany and joined a small Adventist Church in their town and they are both faithful servants there for some years now. All this started when we saw some Sabbath Teachings from you and others on TV-Satelite Dish Network in 2001. I thought this might encourage you in this time of sadness and the burdens on your heart. Just Know that your sermons are reaching people and God's Grace and His word is changing Christian lives back to the Sabbath Truth!! You were/are a Blessing in our lives and search for Truth! It's The Word, not the people! God Used You, keep teaching the truth of His Word! Thank You

I am glad that you found a spiritual foundation. However I am truly disappointed and apologetic about a pastor not giving a sound teaching about Sunday worship. I have stated this before that the majority of pastors unfortunately do not know how to properly address the Sabbath topic. Its not about the day and your outward actions, it about the spirit and your inward conscience of the heart. There is no significance of any day whether Saturday, Sunday or any other day because your spirituality as a new being in Christ isn't restricted to any time zone. Israel physical rest commanded by God gave way to the Church spiritual rest in Christ for our sins. The Sabbath was just a guide (shadow) to lead us to the substance in Christ alone. Sunday worshipping is based on the believers newness in Christ. It is not a command to follow out of fear and judgement. It is certainly not a Sabbath by all definition from the bible. It is simply a unified agreement by the church NOT ISRAEL to meet for worship. I know what you have been taught because I was once an Adventist but sadly its all structured out of propaganda and mind manipulating and scripture twisting to let you be committed to a Saturday worship. What this really does in general is to lessen the importance of Christ fulfilly the law on our behalf and his atonement for our sins. This unique deceptive strategy could only be the works of an entity that wants to demeanor Christ. Have you ever wonder why someone always ask "when did you came in the Sabbath truth?" rather than "when did you found Christ?" Wake up my friend. When I left the SDA I was a pathfinder leader, AY leader, Church Clerk, choir member, Southeastern Conference youth representative and a pastor in training. Yes I am very familiar with the church and its teachings. Pastor Doug, Mark Finlay and a host of others are great speakers. But doesn't lessen the fact that they are tools of the system. I left in good standing because I would rather have Christ alone than be a part of a membership club. Peace be with you.

I would like to thank you for all your videos. I really enjoy to listen to you and whatever you have to share. i'm 45 years old and even tho i always believed in God...i never took the time and effort to read His words in the Bible. I used to go to the Catholic church as a kid but that was it. My experience was not great, and my feeling was also that the priest was kinda boring to listen at. I just guessed religion was (like for many others) not my prime interest, but may be the way it was brought to me was just not the right way. Been then for sure sleeping for many years, until i lost my mom few years ago and opened a Bible again to try to find comfort. My partner also opened my eyes on the wrong Catholic doctrins and encouraged me to seek for people that were preaching the true Words of God. Together, we think we found it in the SDA church and i do enjoy much more now to learn what God has to tell us. I guess better late than never :) . I'm a French, living in the Netherlands, and because of Covid-19, it's not possible for now to attend any Sabbath studies but thanks to your videos...i still can learn to understand the Bible. For sure, you're reaching the entire World. Thanks for that.

The worst thing about the SDA is that they preach unbiblical doctrine as truth.... Sunday law is not the mark of the beast people.... It not biblical... The Bible says that the mark of the beast is the name of the beast or the number of his name...period... The say in Revelation 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a *mark* in their right hand, or in their foreheads: That the second beast will get a *MARK* to people but John didn’t define exactly what the mark was... But in the next verse he compare having the *MARK* with having the name of the beast or the number of his name which is 666 in verse 18 Revelation 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, *or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.* So basically John just said that if you have the name of the beast or the number of his name you are Marked...and will be allow to buy and sell... In Revelation 14 John said it more deliberately Revelation 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and *whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.* Therefore the MARK is the same as The name of the beast = number of his name =666 Anything other than what the Bible says is a lie and heresy.... The sabbath is not the seal of God at the end... The Bible is clear that the seal of God is the name of the Father... Revelation 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, *till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.* Revelation 7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed *an hundred and forty and four thousand* of all the tribes of the children of Israel. What were they seal with not the sabbath but read... Revelation 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with him an *hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.*

In these days that we are living now with the pandemic disease called cobit-19 or Coronavirus-19 we are facing a pretty rough time where many old people have died around the world and some young people that already have some other complications, so I believe we are really living in the last days. My parents just talked to me about these issues we are facing right now and they have old me that these things are pretty abnormal compared to those days hen they were young. I have already gave my made the prayer for salvation and I know the Lord have already assigned me a place there in Heaven, yet I am still working for the Lord whenever He wanted me to. I know that in these days we are in a situation where in any minute, the Lord will come to pick us all, and take us to His kingdom. I also know that if I don’t keep the commandments i might lost my salvation, yet I know that the Lord love me too much that He won’t let that happen. I congratulate you Pastor Doug Batchelor for your great ministry for evangelization by inputting videos for the people that haven’t made the salvation prayer to do so. I haven’t gone to the church where you preach, but I have followed you for quite a bit through the TV. and through internet. Here's an interesting quote for the spirit of prophecy : CET ( Christian Education and Teaching by E.G. White) : I saw that the four angels would hold the four winds until Jesus is done in the sanctuary and then will come the last plagues. He can make rivers flow from rocks in the middle of a desert Isaiah 41:18 , Ps 107:35 , Is 30:25 and send ravens with food if we need it . 1 kings 17:2-16. Faith can move mountains. (Not a 3rd god) And this is Life Eternal, that they might know YOU THE ONLY TRUE GOD, and Jesus Christ, whom YOU have sent. (John 17:3) __________________________________________ The Holy Spirit is not a 3rd God ! called God The Holy Spirit. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. (Romans 8:14) Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. (2 Corinthians 3:17) And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth ''THE SPIRIT OF HIS SON'' into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. (Galatians 4:6) The Holy Spirit = The Spirit of God and Christ _________________________________________________ Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. (John 14:28) Jesus Christ himself said that His Father is greater than Him. ________________________________________________ Jesus Christ the Son of God died for our sins ! not God The Father. God The Father cannot die. See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. (Deuteronomy 32:39-40) Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. (Psalm 102:27) ___________________________________________________________ “Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them BOTH.” (Zechariah 6:13) In this verse it's very clear, the plan of salvation shall be between them BOTH ! 1) God The Father ! 2) Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son ! Two persons ! Not 3. _______________ Look at this interesting conversation between Christ and the Samaritan Woman ! Did Jesus preach to her about a Trinity god ? Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, WORSHIP The Father. (John 4:21) Ye worship ye know NOT what: we KNOW what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. (John 4:22) But the hour cometh, and now is, when the TRUE Worshippers shall WORSHIP The Father in spirit and in truth: for The Father seeketh such to worship Him. (John 4:23) God is a Spirit: and they that WORSHIP Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24) These verses talk about our Father who is spirit, and we are to worship Him in spirit and in truth. Many think that our God is a "mystery" which they call a Trinity. The words of Jesus "Ye know NOT what ye worship" would apply if our God is a mystery. When we get to Heaven, God will not then say “Meet My Spirit”. We will see God face to face, and we will know Him ! The Father of Jesus Christ. That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, The Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, (Ephesians 1:17-18) _________________________________________ Does Matthew 28:19 proves a Trinity ? Read the quote below, The Catholic Encyclopedia, II, page 263: “The baptismal formula was changed from the name of Jesus Christ to the words Father, Son, and Holy Spirit by the Catholic Church in the second century.”

@@Adam-1984 WHOA... be careful what you say about God!!! Matthew 12:30-32: "Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. And so I tell you, any sin and blasphemy can be forgiven. But blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. 1 John 5:7 KJV / Matthew 3:16-17 KJV / John 16:7-15 KJV / Revelation 4:8 KJV / The King James Version shows the trinity. That is not a Catholic invention. The KJV is translated from the Textus Receptus along with other Protestant bibles such as Erasmus, Luther, Tyndale & Geneva Unlike other modern translations from Sinaiticus, Vaticanus, Alexandrus which have significant differences between the three.

@@Amanda-if1wn Hi, we also have people in our church trying to make an issue out of the Trinity but I believe it is just a distraction. We all believe in the Father, the son and the holy spirit. The term 'Trinity' does not appear in the Bible but it simply means three in one. We see them as separate entities in the family of God with the same aim and the same love of humanity. When Jesus said I and the father are one, He meant that they were of the same mind, not that they were the same person. We on this earth are not yet capable of totally understanding God. I don't think it is worth trying to argue with people who are trying to make distractions of semantics. I think we should love Jesus for what He did for us and love God for sending His son and later His holy spirit, not spend time arguing between ourselves about their relationship. Would you agree?
