I am a designer so art is my hobby that I am always doing, I love to paint on canvas at times, I workout everyday, photography - well I like to capture things I find beautiful on my phones camera if that counts, belly dancing and playing guitar sometimes, currently learning French and Arabic, i have professional makeup artist certificate, I also cook, go to horse races( don’t know how to ride yet), I relate to a lot of things she said, so I believe I’m on track💗

I live with my family and I can't leave the house currently, but I really want to be calm and keep my tone lower and more feminine but I can't, they provoke me so much, and no matter how much I try to control my nerves sometimes I lose control and I find myself raising my voice and be savage at least with my facial expressions .. Idk how to explain this! But it's SOOOOOOO hard to keep my feminine energy when I'm living with my family! I want to change to be completely unbothered and in control of my nerves and voice tone and body language.. do you have any tips ?

@@Brightestlightt I can't move out I need other tips + they're not toxic they're good people but they used to argue a lot and raise their voices even when they're just chatting or talking normally! And I find myself raising my voice too! I need better ways to help me focus and control, and not forget to control my voice

Read the book, "The Four Agreements" - it will help you mentally, while you live there until you can move, etc... it's all a mindset. Good Luck

Yoga is a great way to learn how to regulate your emotions and breathing so when you're faced with difficult people it can become a habit to breathe through it. Remember, you don't have to accept the invite to every argument you are faced with. Sometimes walking away is the best medicine. Another relaxing hobby for stressful living environments is watercolor painting.

Be easy on yourself. Family can be stressful for sure, and we become more like the people we spend a lot of time with. Part of what you describe is very challenging to change. When you are living with family it's difficult to make boundaries with them or get space, so things can often get tense. It's so great that despite that, you want to make changes. Maybe there are feminine things you can do with family members. If you have to live with them, now could be a great time to learn tips on exactly how to cook their best recipe. Maybe one of them likes to watch girly tv series, so you can watch one together and talk about the fashion you like on tv. Cultivate this space where you can have positive exchanges with your family. When things start to get tense, try and learn to realise when it's happening in the early stages. Then before any real argument goes down you can choose if you would like to disengage and spend some alone time, or address and process the tense topic, or steer the conversation away from it. If you know that there will be a time when you can move out, have your eyes on that date and celebrate the steps you take towards it. This way you know you are independent and not always dependent on your family or current living situation.

I do all of the things that you mentioned. I grow a beautiful garden that we eat from and I love to paint. I have a lot of projects around my house. I also am an avid reader. I’ve read three books already this summer.❤ I know that being retired. I can do all these things and when you’re young, it’s a little harder, but you can go to bed an hour early and bring a book and become a reader.😊

Hey Lisa thank you so much for sharing these feminine habits with me. Relationships after relationships I found myself in unfulfilling and unhappy situations where I was not treated with love, care and decency. I always found men that bring me down instead of lifting me up. Eventually at this point I've decided to prioritize myself, my own happiness and my own wellbeing. I’m learning german and japanese in my free time with Duolingo and I know english because I’m italian and american from my mother side and in high school I studied Spanish and french and I also read a lot too! Hey, first of all it’s okay that you’re currently lacking motivation… But I would like you to make a mindset change. You didn’t have „bad luck“ with work etc. - you’re probably currently in a shift. I read somewhere: There is no rebirth without death. To become someone new you have to let the old party of you die. The universe or god (whoever you believe in) is currently removing people and situations from your life who are no longer serving you. Please believe and always remember that good things are happening to you and coming for you!
