PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO A D&D SERIES. The character stuff kills me every time and you guys would make an absolutely hilarious Dungeon Master. The combination of the character building, improv, writing, and setting of a D&D world would be gold. I genuinely think this would kill it for you guys. Edit: Boys, you could even do what is called a one shot with guests. Build them a character or a couple to choose from and throw them straight into it. The awkwardness of having to role play would be so fucking funny.
