I have to say, Sarah, this is one of my favorites so far. (I have been saying that a Lot lately with your videos) It felt something between a Reiki session, therapy, and a cup of tea chat with a friend. That isn't to say I don't love your structured videos, but there is something about these spontaneous ones I love. For many years I've felt 'tribe-less', so to speak. You have such a loving, welcoming energy. How wonderful that my reading I did on my own this morning was all about Responding instead of Reacting, as you got into here. I love your ponderings on spirituality as well. They are quite healthy and open. I've been delving deeper into my own as I start a new path that I don't know where it's going, and appreciated your blocking from things I should not perceive. I actually had to leave school due to health years back and still consider going back. It always is encouraging to hear other people have done so because I can feel so 'behind' in life. Sarah, my cat passed on June 21st. I asked her to send me a sign. You recorded this the same day she passed away on the summer solstice. For days, I have pictured her chasing angel wings in Heaven. Another shitty day. Feel like I failed myself and my boys. Always been a lone wolf and I don't trust anyone enough to talk to them, including shrinks. My spouse is never home (the only one I want to talk to), and I'm completely emotionally exhausted.
