For aspiration pneumonia we give ceftriaxone plus azithromycin since anaerobes aren't the main cause of it anymore - rather oropharyngeal secretions which contain aerobic microorganisms :)

S. Aureus is most common in osteo for everyone, even sickle cell. Salmonella is just more common within sickle cell pt population versus normal population.

M is for atypical (mycoplasma, chlamydia, rickettsia)
