This weeks video is just a quick tour of the build progress and a quick look at my living situation these last few weeks in Canada. I have lots of camping and gold mining videos to get edited once I'm settled in down under, so I hope to get those out later on this month.
As always, thanks for watching!

That's got to be a tough juggle.... Trying to finalize the highbanker construction, keep the KZbin algo satisfied and get ready to move. When a creator is open and honest about their channel, the work load, and life itself, It let's people see the struggle. Thank you for the update and I'll keep watching !

You are all in right now? 🙂 For mass production it becomes more efficient and lower cost per time to hire professional metal workshop to manufacture all the parts. Laser cutting from 3d models, and bending on hydraulic press. Then you only have to assemble/weld the final product.

We're looking into a cnc router to cut parts. I looked into a couple fab shops and the price is surprisingly high... Things cost a lot these days in Canada.
@Gold-Prospecting-Bulgaria
@Gold-Prospecting-Bulgaria 10 ай бұрын
I guess there is a difference. Here in Bulgaria laser cutting is very affordable. For small orders ( a few parts) the typical cost is 5 BGN (3.77 CAD) per meter for 2- 4mm thickness AL/SS. For large orders they give you discounts @@UtmostOutdoors

I'll likely start small in Australia as I learn the ropes. But if I find a big deposit of flour gold in Victoria, I'll definitely consider it! I'm in NSW north of Sydney at the moment. Enjoying the weather!

I'm glad that your prototype is coming along. I am very anxious to see the test results! I am also curious how it will compare to your original that flared out to 12". I'm still figuring out how to convince my wife that I have got to have one in addition to the 6 other types that I currently have in my war chess! 😅

I'm very pleased with the final design. I like to say don't buy one if you lack the need or the finances, but if you're looking for a beach box sized fine gold machine that still chews through ground in the hopper, I'd say this thing is hands down the best thing in its weight class. Final product videos will come in a couple months.

That’s going to be an amazing sluice and I definitely need one! Im sure the one I have is only catching about 65-70% of the flour gold here in Alberta. Would you take alberta flour gold as payment and if so how many grams?
@UtmostOutdoors
@UtmostOutdoors 10 ай бұрын
I'd suspect you'd keep at LEAST 90% with this machine under worst case conditions, likely about 95% capture rate of NSR gold. I'm not fully decided on price yet, but about 25 grams of gold would work!

You are out of RUM 😁😁 And Greetings from Finland... BTW are U shipping bankers to Europe? :)
@UtmostOutdoors
@UtmostOutdoors 10 ай бұрын
Haha, that was a big bottle of RUM! I can definitely ship to Europe, but we just have to arrange that through email as my website might not have that built in. I THINK it will be about $330CAD / 222 Euros from Canada to most of Europe. I'm figuring out the price between 1250 and 1350 euros... it's a complex build.

Hi Kyle. I have seen some videos of your Miller table. What table are you using? I got so much dust minerals too. Cleaning with a pan is no way. Is the table cleaning the Quartz dust as well? And how much is the table? Thank you for your help. Cheers Tom

Hey, I made a video on the miller table you can check out here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mZzSlJSkYtmSaa8 It's home made. You just need a flat surface.

Five minute walk to a toilet hahahaha don't get diarrhea . Green beer can do that . Hate to see a run for a flower bed . hahaha neighbors might not like that hahahaha🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 . Sorry I have a vivid imagination . You have a big job in front of you . Controlling builds here from Australia could be difficult . Your final builds demo will prove its worth and will drive sales . If you send the demos to the GPAA you could be inundated

Any idea what kinda price your gonna put on the final Highbanker?
@UtmostOutdoors
@UtmostOutdoors 10 ай бұрын
I'm thinking between $1350 and 1450USD which is between 1850 and 2000CAD. It's a complicated build and takes a lot of time, but I think it does what it does very well.

@@UtmostOutdoors I'm keeping up on your vids. Seems to be a beast. Would love to see how it would do on clay though.
@UtmostOutdoors
@UtmostOutdoors 10 ай бұрын
It will not break up pure clay. Even a large scale machine opperated wash plant trommel can have trouble in clay. It's primary advantage is that you can run double the water in the hopper as what hits the sluice. This means twice the washing power for "muckier gravel" without blowing the fine gold out of the sluice, but I won't claim it breaks up clays. The best I can do it huck in the shovel full, then stab a bunch of slits in it with your shovel to help the jets get in there and break it all apart. In extremely rich ground, I've even gotten into the hopper of an older machine with some gloves on to scrub everything appart.
