Who was it who lowered interest rates to below 2%, causing prices to dramatically rise as a result, leading to borrowing increasing to purchase over priced assets and who is the real cause of all of this ? well over a 100 of PHD economists under their employment and no one saw it coming or was it all part of the plan ?
