The Spider Mod Report: Day 96 Aside from the couple of “clenching” moments on the first floor, this turned out to be an extraordinary run, and without breaking the game too! Just some really good item luck and amazing synergies. Unfortunately we did not get an appearance from Spider Mod today, but with how much this game has been trolling Sin lately (even a bit in today’s run, too), I’m just happy he was able to get a much-deserved fun, powerful, and easier win today. Epic Seven is one of my favorite mobile games I play, (though I mostly play it on my computer with an emulator these days), and I fully got into it because of you Sinvicta. I had previously written off every gatcha game on the planet because I didn't think there was much value to them, but now I got the autobattler going in Epic seven all the time lol. At the very least you were the mobile game ambassador for me. Building a team is one of the bigger appeals for me, working on grinding up smaller units so I can promote my team to higher stars and stuff is pretty engaging. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for getting me into the game since it was fairly relevant in the episode.

As someone who is in pretty much the same boat when it comes to getting back into shape, I think one of the best things I've done for myself is start out with low weight intentionally and slow down my reps to make sure my form is perfect. I used to weigh 150 lbs and bench press 265 lbs pretty casually with 4 sets of 8, but right now I'm lifting much lower weight, but I'm making sure that I kill the bar's momentum at the bottom of the rep to force myself to rebuild those muscles that are important for the most difficult part of the lift. Same goes for legs; I tried to jump right back into squats and dead lifts like I used to do, and I noticed that my technique was just awful. The second day I dropped to very light weight and made sure I was squatting all the way down, coming to a rest at the bottom and then going back up. In just a few short weeks I've made a ton of progress, and I feel like I have more power behind my lifts. It does suck to see how far your weights have dropped for your lifts, but it's better to build those muscles the correct way to avoid injury later on. None of that advice is probably anything novel to you, but it's my two cents. Best of luck on getting back in shape. Keep at it!

Day 200 of Touring with Sinvicta: First difference of the day comes from using the Strength card to get a cube of meat and a small damage upgrade. I also found a tears up pill. As another change of pace decision, I didn’t take Missing Page 2. Min/maxing the level meant I took full use of a golden bomb to get Steam Sale from the shop keeper as well as being able to get a Black rune from a skull in the sacrifice room that I used on Potato Peeler after getting the IV bag from the super secret room’s blood donation machine. It gave me speed and a tears up. I really need the speed since I also found a speed down pill as well as taking Small Rock. I saw Sinvicta got Steam Sale from the shop on the next floor, so I didn’t hunt for Diplopia. I didn’t want to risk passing on Tarot Cloth and Starter Deck so I bought them as well as Fanny Pack, Humbling Bundle and Car Battery. I did pass on Chaos for now. More min/maxing with the D20 let me get to full gold as well as let me get Head of the Keeper from a golden chest it rolled into. I bought BOGO bombs just to get it out of the item pool. I left with the D20. I was able to turn the shop for Flooded Caves 2 into a plethora of items thanks to some card given machines, beggars and the D20. I was able to add Caffeine Pill (so badly needed the speed up), Blood Bag x2, Goat Head, the Cancer trinket and I replaced the D20 with the Crystal Ball. The devil deal was blank. I also got Lil Brimmy from a crawlspace. For the Dank Depths XL floor, I got Fate from the trap room as well as Acid Baby from a beggar. I bought Mom’s Purse, Treasure Map, Buddy in a Box, Deep Pockets, School Bag and the Battery as well as a few spacebar items from the shop. I kept Pandora’s Box for Womb 1 and Crystal Ball. I did take both Succubus and Brimstone from the devil deal. Firing double Brimstone with my Lil Brimmy by my side. Pandora’s Box gave me Meat while I left Stem Cells behind. I was able to get Contract from Below and Dinner from a Judgement card spawned beggars. The devil deal was Krampus who gave me a welcome Lump of Coal. For Scarred Womb 2, I got Book Worm from a Library and used a Perthro rune to be able to void Book of Revelations and Telepathy for Dummies. I had picked up Void from the devil deal to fill my second spacebar item slot. In Sheol, I was able to get Dark Bum from the devil deal with a Joker card. The Dark room was my final devil deal thanks to another Joker card (Crystal Ball hooking me up). It gave me Dark Matter for just a little more damage. The rest of the floor added Midas’ Touch, Key Bum, Mom’s Wig, Loki’s Horns, Mystery Sack, Sad Bombs and Speed Ball. The Lamb regretted everything. The final pickup fixed things up until I released the fire button and all hell was released. Some kind of black spinning lasers would shoot out of the center of the room as I controlled a big green remote control circle laser. Once the fire button was released, I unleashed a hundred bombs that shot all the green lasers imaginable with lasers bouncing around for several jittery seconds. All that being said, Blue Baby and Mega Stanley were completely overwhelmed. Even with all this firepower, no trip to the Void today. Still an incredibly fun and ridiculously OP build in the end.

Speaking on the workout thing I'm in the same boat but I'm only 20. I used to go to the gym when i was 16-17 and I was in good shape.
