Daniel Kabeya might be the highest jumping human being I've ever seen in person. One of the few people in this world who probably has a LEGIT 50 inch max vertical. The ease in which he gets his head to the rim is ridiculous! Do you think he is the highest jumper??

I'm a strength and conditioning coach and one of the test that we run to find a high level athlete is by doing a high vertical jump. If you can jump by more 36 inches it means you can generate a huge amount of power and you have the potential to be in the league. This kind of power can only be developed if you're already doing some physical training when you were young or genetics.

His standing vertical is legitimately about 41 or 42 inches as measured from a standstill jumping below the rim. No step or anything which is superhuman. Legit 50 inches with a running start. The best jumpers are not in the NBA.

at the start it shows top of his head (wearing shoes ) is 48" or 4 ft below the rim so his height with shoes is 6 ft one one his jump we see he gets his eye nearly rim level at 55 sec of this video . I would say that makes top of his head about 3 inches over the rim so his max running vert is about 51 to 52 inches

@@yeloraain Do heavy deadlifts and squats. Try maximal effort jumps under tension from resistance bands. Do sprints and do plyometric box jumps. That's all I got.
