Genki sell junk. I ordered a covert dock from them that broke after minutes and they never replied to my attempts to contact them. I ended up having to do a PayPal dispute and even then they never replied and I ended up waiting a month to win the dispute by default.

is the magnet on the back of your rog ally safe to use? Will there be no issue/interference with the magnets to the machine itself? Thanks.

my concern as well, i have been thinking about this but from my knowledge, magnet is no good for electronics item if being used wrong.

@ yes especially for fans. The stronger the magnet, the stronger it can stop the fans..

@@stevenyates3196 no, it's only a 10GBs connection. If you want to use occulink you'll still have to mod directly into the M.2 slot in the ALLY X itself and run an external SSD. Unless that's what you mean? Yeah you could use the internal M.2 for the Occulink and use this for the SSD/Windows drive for sure.

@@ThisisTylerTaylor our skull & co cover video is coming soon! That + this bag is the winner but obviously an expensive combo! The tomtoc is way more affordable with that inner hardshell piece for protection but if money is no object, skull & co setup with the cover + this genki case
