I enjoy your videos over other USMLE high-yield videos because you skip over the easy stuff. I think this is really great review towards the end of dedicated to fill in smaller knowledge gaps I didn't even know until now. Looking forward to more videos!

toxic megacolon can also be tested in someone who takes lomotil while having infectious blood diarrhea (decreased motility => more local toxin)
