I really like Gnom-Gnom's fudgey brownies: www.gnom-gnom.com/fudgey-cocoa-paleo-keto-brownies/ They're really tasty, but the cooling effect of the erythritol really comes through. Did you notice that issue for any of the recipes you tried in this video?

I always use Baker's unsweetened for keto desserts. One box on sale is $2-3. I refuse to pay $8-12 for Lilly's bars, which are actually less volume than the Baker's bars.

I don't know. I might try the eggy recipe after the 'best' of these 3 ended up being really horrible and crumbly. I don't mind eggs, I like a chocolate Swiss roll and that's just eggs cocoa powder and sweetener (or sugar for normies), so perhaps I won't mind the eggy one. At least it won't be crumbly.

These are really good, but if you are are trying to STAY on a low carb diet I would advise refraining from making low-carb "Carb" products. Pretending to eat like you used to will only lead you to quit doing low-carb and going back to old habits. These recipes are GREAT as a treat for people with dedication and willpower and self control.

I’ve been taught that when you want to eliminate the eggy taste in baked goods or breads, make sure your eggs are room temperature. Food for thought. Love your videos!

Darn! I just did the winner recipe and I hate it. I just don't know if I messed up or if my idea of a good brownie is entirely different to most of you. It is crumbley! Brownie must not be crumbly. But it looks about right, so I think it's the recipe. 1 cup almond flour to 2 eggs does sound like way too much almond for a brownie. Must try some other recipe. This mess I will crumble to make 'cookies and cream' dessert and ice-cream, as crumbs look a bit like oreo crumbs.

I own a dessert business and use the binder clips and yes, you can keep them on the pans while in the oven. :) The heat is not even close to high enough to melt the plastic that they're made of. I do it all the time. I'm so glad I discovered your channel! :)

Agreed on the gritty thing. If you use granulated erythritol, I sometimes find it doesn't dissolve well. Run it through a blender or food processor before using it can really help! Thanks for watching and commenting, Shannon!
