I just made them and followed the recipe exactly. They came out like a bread, even after letting them cool for 4 hours. They are tasty and a little on the sweeter side. I was expecting a bit harder or at least chewier. Overall not a fail. Thanks for the video.

I find bread hard to.swallow lately gets gummy before I swallow so cabbage works for me. Dont care for chaffle as bread, too thick, so on to cabbage. Could be like slaw bread. We will see. Add sl.e mayo, hold the mustard.

That shirt is everything 😂 I show up to holidays because I can cook almost anything except dressing. My sister does that. She can cook anything except gravy, which I can do 😁 I can make cornbread and bread ( we put both in our dressing) but not dressing for whatever reason. I decided this year I'm going to try and bring some things and not cheat this year for the holidays. In other words, I will have to take a meal and dessert 😂 You might have just saved my holidays! There's no way I can watch other people eat dressing and not have any... except for the ones that put the giblets in it. I can pass on that for sure 😂😂 Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!!!

I just made Victor's keto bread this morning. I am eating it now with collard greens. It is delicious. I had whole psyllium husks on hand, so I put them in my VitaMix blender to turn them into a powder. I used my VitaMix also to make the pork panko. I used my stand mixer; easy peasy. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

This is very reminiscent of a beloved Japanese street food called okonomomiyaki. A fried cabbage pancake with bean sprouts, fish flakes, onions, sometimes ham, and bound with a beaten egg. It is keto, but the beloved "ketchup" dressing is not. It is called Okonomi sauce and they eat it on everything. I can be made without sugar, using something like monk fruit.

Looks more like a wrap. Not a fan of cabbage but still enjoy watching you make recipes. As far as the cheese buy the Deluxe American Cheese instead of the processed cheese food. It tastes so much better.

The first one you said reminded you of hash browns, and then you said it was wet and pancakey. So basically, waffle house hash browns.

For those who are watching this late, as I am, I have an idea. On one of his newer videos, he made Heavenly Fans fries. I saw on a video of hers where she combined the two ways to make them and doubled the recipe. She froze it, then ran it through the food processor to slice it thinly. Ta-da! " Potato chips!!! A comment on the video said they were going to grate it for hash browns. I'd recommend you watch the video on this channel for heavenly fan fries and then if you like the fries, go see the video of the chips and try for hash browns. As far as the comment about cooking and carbs... I canned potatoes for years and I can tell you that the bottom of the jar is full of starch. There's no way that the raw vs cooked carb count is the same. Some starch will be cooked out and drained away. Carb count should be different depending on the way something is cooked. Problem is we home cooks have no way to know how many carbs were drained away.

In Japan we call this Okonomiyaki , a type of Japanese pizza thing with squid chunks in it. But we use a little flour. You could substitute the regular flour for Coconut flour or ground flaxseed.

A while ago I found this swedish recipe that is similar to your recipe with a few extra ingredients and if I am honest a lot more work😅 (you roll them out) but I think it tastes like thin bread (tunnbröd In swedish). 200 g shredded cabbage which you boil for about 15 min then pour away the water and steam off some moore. Bland the cabbage in a mixer to a smooth consistency. Add 1 egg and 1/2 tsp salt and some ground fennel and cumin, blend some more. Finally add 1/2 tbsp chia seeds and 2 tbsp psyllium powder and blend again. Let the mixture set for about 10 minutes . Take 2 baking papers and divide the dough as you go in to little balls which you roll out using quite a lot of coconut flour so it does't stick (doesn't taste of coconut flour though). Then put them in a hot skillet like your recipe. This makes a lot of bread which tastes divine freshly baked with lots of butter and cheese (and ham too if you like) then roll it up. It holds In the fridge at last a week. If they have been In the fridge I usually heat them up slightly In the microwave before using it. This bread is so yummy and the coconut flour taket out a lot of the moisture and makes it taste more bready. Sorry for the long haul.😂 Love your channel! Greetings from Sweden Sweden 🇸🇪

❤ This reminds me of my grandma's cabbage pie. Its an old Polish recipe. Lard in cast iron, garlic onion and shreded cabbage sautéed, then add your whisked eggs and flip it once to brown on all sides. Sometimes she would put cheese on top. It was really good, very inexpensive way to feed a large group of grandkids. 😂

It would be really neat to see you put together a ranking of all the "breads" you've tried. Maybe using clips from the original videos compiled in a new video in order favorite to least favorite (or vice versa). I know this isn't your normal video format so maybe put it on a secondary channel if you think it'll throw of your channel stats etc.
