Is it correct that the 'sinking fund' is a one-off payment when purchasing a new property ? Is the maintenance fee calculated over the total land area or just the villa area ? Is the maintenance paid monthly or yearly ? Can you show screen shot of the location on future properties, thanks

the sinking funds is for the build sqm and maintenance is payed on a yearly base we will post in the future the cost of the maintenance .thank you
