I say this phrase every time I leave Moe's and I eat a double bean burrito. About half way home, it hits me and I am roll'n in hot to the sh!tter. I tell my wife to "make way, come'n through". Sometimes I make it, sometimes I don't. Roll of the dice. Moe's is great food.

Why keep a car that doesn't run and has been sitting so long that the tires are going flat? Then yo argue when it's about to be towed, just make sense to me.

People always "intend" to get the car running once they have the money but the last few years of inflation have been brutal on those on low incomes and other things take priority. That does not mean the property should cut them more slack, that car had been sitting a long time and the reality is that it is probably a lost cause after sitting so long. It will likely only get back on the road if someone with mechanical skills buys it very cheap and they can fix it cheap.

You can leave a car almost anywhere on Guam. There’s a car right now parked in a mall parking garage and it’s covered in dust and has a flat tire. Cars are left on the side of the road. After a day or two, the tires are gone, in a week or two, the engine, transmission, doors, battery, and other parts are gone. Sometimes they tow the cars within a month. Sometimes they sit for a year or more. When you register your vehicle, they charge a disposal fee to pay for it to be hauled away, but they’re in no hurry to haul them away. There’s also no parking meters.

The man with the commercial truck should have read the contract with the apartment complex THROUGHLY. It had to have stated in the contract what vehicles are NOT allowed on the property. Boats, trailers, wrecked, etc. And probably included commercial vehicles even if they're your transportation that you drive 24/7, for personal and work. Sorry man.
