Haaland is pretty useless for much of the build-up play, and Gundogan is now too old to make those recovery runs for luxury players like Haaland and Foden to take 10 shots against opponents to score just 1 or 2 goals. This City team can't recover the ball like they use to. Gundogan and Bernardo Silva were the ones that use to do all the hardwork for Haaland to score tapins. Once tapin goals dried up, Haaland can't score to save City.

How many times has Debruyne ever recovered a ball from the opponent? It's ruben dias that we missed in this game. We struggled to build out from the back and our defense was extremely poor. Akanji and ake are not bad but we need a leader who can hold that backline.
