If we are true supporters of a sport, we get behind our players. Emma may have had her bad days and the injuries and so on but I am not joking, the amount of times that I have seen comments drawn towards her which are increasingly harsh and very cruel, she is a tennis player who played the best I have seen her play for quite some time. To knock out the holders of the cup is no mean feat. Well done to both Katie and Emma. Good luck for the semis and know that we know you will give it your all!

I missed the first set as couldn't find the feed (it wasn't on the red button) till later. Was a great second set. Thankfully Emma won through despite her opponent coming back really strong. Goodbye defending champions!!!!

I like the negative clips on Radacanu, cuz I like to believe them and be disappointed and then when you see her on the court, she just a significant presence on any tennis court, and she a lot of enjoyment watch. It like play a mind game with yourself about an athlete and it always end up well. It not a fluke, she win US Open. During THAT particular time, everything up for grabs. Not so much any more. Loopholes and cracks, leading to unlikely grand slam winner, being sealed up. Some people flirting with big win and have karma invested in a win, like Paolini, Zheng.

It's fantastic that so far only Katie and Emma have been needed to progress to the Semi Final v Slovakia later today. Slovakia look dangerous having beaten the USA and Australia and a doubles match decider might be needed. I hope not.... OnOn GB!
