The refereeing was lenient on some late stuff. Leigh is good once they're on a roll. The video editing was good too.

You can't help but wonder if this is the beginning of the death spiral that ends up with Wellens getting the sack. Yes Saints have injuries, but there are few teams that don't and the issues here seem more fundamental than that. Other teams can clearly smell blood in the water when they're up against them at the minute.

I always feel that the commentators hate Leigh for some bizarre reason that they try to talk posh and belittle Leigh at every opportunity. Come and visit Leigh and you will be amazed at the pivotal role this little bus stop on the road to Wigan had on the textile and coal mining industries that shaped the northwest of England.
