The parade started at 14h30, the rain started at 14h30. The parade stopped at 14h50, the rain stopped at 14h50. We all thought yeah this will be awesome, let us stay. First start was 16h00, the rain started again at 16h00. Rain hates Copenhagen (rule, not an exception, haha), but damnit we all stayed till we nearly drowned. Luckily we found an indoor place with a good Irish coffee on our way home, so it was all worth it! Love you, Le Tour, and all the Copenhagen arrangers, police force and civil defense included, to make sure there was not a single incident that would ruin the whole fun of .. being drenched and watching hero after hero race past.

The skin suit of Thomas has risen in its cost this past few months. Journalists have gone from saying its a new material & €1500, to £2.5k last month & £3.5k now. Utter b.s & confirms that Chinese whispas is rife amongst journalist who know nothing about the sport. The actual cost is a fraction of such, but hey ho, Thomas still forgets to use its advantages by leaving his Gilet on...& he points out that nobody else told him he still had it on. If a person needs others to tell them what they're wearing, that individual has a problem.
