The silence was amazing! You could hear a pin drop. Great respect for The Toppers to do such a thing for the victims of the bomming in Manchester. Great respect for the audience, who were so loud, and now be so silent.

The audience was quiet for a minute, to support people in Manchester. There was a shooting with people injured and even killed during a Ariande Grande concert.

That wasn't a shooting. A bomb went off. There is a Britain got talent video about a dance group with young people. One of the girls is in a wheelchair, dancing along. She survived the bombing, her aunt next to her didn't. Very emotional performance but I had so much respect for her. It was the first time in a theater for her after the bombing.

In the early days, I went to a lot of Toppers concerts. The openings are always great! The last years they lost their 'shine'. ( fun fact: that is actually one of their originals *see eurovision performance '09) is it because of their switch of formation? IDK . They started in 2005. Maybe try one, of for instance 2008. to give you an idea about the setup ... basically this is a full blown all star setup ... most of the musicians are established artists only ... the singers are all headliners in their own right... including the backing vocals. and yeah new music evergreens grandpa music... as long as it's good we'll sing along. and yes i've been more then once.

I"m not too happy about having horses there. A lot of people and horses hear a lot better than humans so you can imagine how much noise that is for them. Having said that, it's a cool opening

Well this metalfan fell a sleep during there last concert, i forced to go anyway "try to say no when you dughters ask you to go. ( i think they never ask me again do. okay there was one high point "de snollebollekes" the rest of the evening sucked big time. but to be frank the night we went the sound was realy awfull. so nope,,,,next time it is nightwish and hopefully wacken for me again..
