Honda has had many complaints regarding the CB350. Instead of trying to copy RE, they should have made a Honda which could have been like that of the CB300F engine. Instead, they have comprised on drivability by chasing higher torque. The progression is not linear. Torque band quite narrow. They have released the bike in a hurry. Brake pads wear out are an issue, rusting is an issue, knocking is a issue if you are trying ride fast in the city. Plus using a fully synthetic oil for such a low output engine, makes maintenance expensive. Oil change is 6000km. Reliability makes a difference if you are going to keep the bike for a long time but you will have to spend money on brakes and oil every 6000km.

Paji i love relaxed riding and once in a while some speed riding on open highway roads should i consider Classic 350 with new J platform engines or should i go for this japanese magic machine, also can local good mechanics fix this bike in case of any issue, i stay in mumbai paji. Please reply with your suggestions and ya do u feel the speed breaker and poth holes with this shock absorbers or is it smooth like RE

Actually I am planning to buy this one top model by the year end, changing from Xpulse 200T bs4. These two review of you really very helpful, detailed. Big thank you sir. My purpose is city & HW mixed ride daily basis and rare longer ride than 200 kms. On average my ride is 2k - 2.5k km/month max. So mileage(presetly 40+ frim my Xpulse 'T) is big factor, wished to keep it longer, my body weight is 70-80, living in Kolkata main city. Present one's maintenance is quite low, but have issue with engine, that's why planning. Though U briefed well, what's your opinion according my needs & compared to present. Please suggest. Thanks for covering that point for me.😊 Bigwing sales & service network do improved in last 3 years for example 2 centre in Delhi & one in Noida opened in last 2 years if i talk about NCR region, but yes its still far from RE network. One should consider purchasing this after checking service centre accessibility in thr area.

Hi my bike Honda Hness cb350 Bs6 phase 2, came back after its 1st accident 10 days ago. I went on my 1st bike ride for 100 kms. 1 question: after I reached 100 kmph speed in 4th gear, and shifted to 5th gear. Speed slowed down to 80 kmph. I was not giving full throttle though. Is this expected ? I finished my ride mostly in 4th gear due to this and got mileage of 29.88 kmpl tank to tank. I did my ride after 1st service.

2 hrs is far. If u are considering himalayan I suggest wait for couple of months himalayan 450 is coming u may try that also. But if u can manage 2 hrs distance thn u may go with highness

Both are good bikes, better to take test ride of both and see with which u can connect more. Also RE has better low end torque which is good for hill drive and Highness has light clutch and smoother engine.

As far as wobbling issue, yes there are lot of CB350 Highness customers complaining and I know one person who is about to sue Honda. Honda failed completely in resolving the issue. Its not with every bike but yes there are lot of yelling customers.

yeah, i finalized the cb350highness , another friend of mine was gonna buy the RS version. we were planning a lot of tours together in next 1 year but when i was saw the videos about wobbling, i got worried because i never liked the looks of the bike but i wanted a reliable machine so that we dont have any extra anxiety during our long trips. Then i saw posts from poet on wheels about his experience with honda service center, how they misbehave and outright deny any assistance to their customers and i made sure that my friend or anyone i know doesn't buy this bike. Convinced 2 other friends to cancel already, one went for meteor 350 and other one is gonna buy dominar 400. I mean what is the point if the very thing that honda is famous for(hassle free ownership) isn't there in this bike
