I had non-stop ride of around 600 kms(10 hrs ride) with this beast 🔥🔥 and i was surprised about the fuel consumption. I was at 5th Gear 90% of the time and i think mileage was around 45kmpl. How is this possible? I m completely dazzled. Just WoW. Mine was 1st Anniversary edition.

@@amitkrupal1234 most of the time I was in around 90-100 kmph. Anyways rode Hness 350 for 4 months and again got CB 3550 RS two months back... According to me, Mileage and comfort-wise Hness is far better than my new RS. CB350 RS has smaller wheel so mileage is lesser here than the Hness

I own Hi'Ness. I agree with 'Fill it, Shut it, Forget it' to certain extent. But the below are not something ignorable. 1.On Day-0 of the ride, i sensed the 'Air-cooled' long-bore single cylinder long-stroke 348cc engine has the heating issue present. It especially appears when navigating through dense (BLR-typical) peak-hour traffic. It gets so heated that the heat reaches out to your body. 2.Foot pegs are placed a little back of the center of the vehicle. Also the seat length is very limited. Due to this, if a hefty pillion is seated, it's impossible for the driver to reach the 'Back gear level'(upshift one). This could become a nagging issue for some. 3.During night-time driving, it's head-light throw is very less. It has only 'Low beam' and no 'high beam'. Overall the LED headlights are a waste. My Jupiter LED headlights are way better. 4.Since bike is little too hefty(Base kerb weight is 181 kg and 189 kg with all the accessories). So if i bend the bike a little, it tends to fall off. And then lifting it without an external assistance is close to impossible task. But once you enjoy the engine Bassy sound/thump, you would ignore all the above.

In the whole review I liked the most valid point you have made about LED lights . I don’t know why the so much of gaga for LED lights nowadays . LED looks bright but the illumination is not proper , more over it is very annoying for the opposite side vehicle it completely blinds the other driver . Halogen should only be allowed.👍🏻

Finally someone said the truth. LED's are hazard for the opposite direction riders. It blinds the rider completely and makes him almost stop for while till the opposite guy passes. No illumination just a irritation to other riders.

Me too an owner for 14 months now. No rusting seen at any area even an welding part or accessories. Just sheer happiness 😊 from this beast. Even now I felt riding this bike as a brand new one. Completed 12k kms and engine is perfect and feeling new always. 👌 build quality with gud braking and safety features.

@@pranavambharatanatyam9213 avoid wet washing as far as possible. I used to clean with micro fiber cloth once in 3 days after dusting with normal cloth. I had hardly 4 or 5 wet washes in these 14 month period. Iam from kerala and have regular interval rains.

Your point on headlight is spot on. This LED culture is not at all suitable for Indian rural setup and also the high way setup. A simple yellow halogen light would have done wonders. I insist everyone to install AUX lights. Maddog or HJG Aux light would do wonders.

Would you suggest any mods in the seat for long rides with a pillion? What would work better: 1. SEAT COVER with rubber foam (sahara seats) over STOCK SEAT. 2. SEAT COVER with rubber foam (sahara seats) over SPLIT SEAT. 3. AIR SEATS for both rider & pillion. 4. Any other better alternative you would suggest. The priority is the pillion comfort.

Sir nice review.. The problem is with Honda spare parts. Royal enfield spare parts are available with local dealers.. You don't have to go 100 kms to buy spare parts.. You buy locally and get it changed with local mechanic

@@vr-124 that's the reason I didn't go for highness i am a Honda fan using activa for last 14 years original generation. Still working very good engine is not opened.. I wanted highness to my first bike but i did research highness spare parts are not available in local garage. No proper accessories available locally and even company doent have when it was launched.. I brought classic 350 reborn.. Everything company fitted with accessories and with warranty..and in my local area the mechanic has all the royal Enfield parts if u need in future. I don't have to struggle for anything. I don't say highness is bad product but when you spend more than 2 lacs on bike.. You don't want that you have to struggle for spare parts and accessories.. My friend owns highness and air filter was needed to be replaced.. The showroom took 10 days to get the air filter.. Air filter is basic part and it was out of stock.. And locally it was not available..

Honda is Honda buy and forget no issues just do regular service and no issue occurs sadly no such performance from RE I have a 2010 Honda Unicorn 150cc and still no issue with engine and I only get it service 2 or mostly 3 times a year

Maybe rusting iussue has to do with the area where people are using the bike ... for example i had a Honda unicorn for almost 14 years ... all the time i drove it in Pune ( Maharashtra ), Delhi ... Bangalore ( Karnataka ) ... in all these cities it was perfect ... but then i moved to Chennai ( Tamilnadu ) and in almost 3.5 years ...i saw rust on silencer , tank, and many other places ... considering the humidity level of chennai is very high .. that might be reason. But then again it all depends ..

Especially if you are staying in coastal areas near to the sea then rusting cannot be avoided. You can only delay the rusting process by spraying diesel on chrome parts after the bike is washed. And then you have to keep spending on polishing. Which is just a waste of time and effort. ....... Ideal would be to purchase a bike with very less chrome me

I changed the chain sprocket on my Duke 250 at 21000 km. Stock mrf tyres still going on strong at 25k km.Spark plug never needed to be changed. Brake pads both rear and front changed only once. 🤪 afterall it depends on how often you take care of your motorcycle and how you ride it. I owned two hondas before. Both needed brake pads to be changed very frequently and the spark plugs needed to be changed also fairly often. It's a common problem among hondas. But yeah i clocked more than 1.8 lakhs km on my last Honda and it is still a gem of a smooth engine. Yeah reliability is top notch on Honda engines. Spares however is questionable.

Deep bhai..check for rusting under side of engine and rear body..Underbody is most prone for rusting as bike crosses through water and mud.

If you'll not take care of chrome parts then obviously it starts rusting that's not an issue, one thing is that this bike is a very good eye catcher this bike looks something different on roads , this is best bike I would say in my opinion cuz I like comfort and reliability more than power in a 350cc cruiser bike, if you want power then you can buy a sports fearing or a naked one but cruiser is for comfort more than power in my opinion

Everything you say is correct and true, it is a good bike but you dont get that fun and ownership pride while riding it, although owning it is definitely something , especially when it is Honda and have 300 plus cc, still dont feel like " I have to have this" feel. And I am not RE fan guys.

I was riding Honda Hiness, and its alloy rim broke when it impacted to stone lying on the road. Sliver lining on this was I could manoeuvre bike well after impact and we didn't fall. Just didn't understand with the impact why rim broke. I was cruising around 60-70.

No doubt highness is royal Enfield competitor bike . Highness has problem of lossing power at hight altitude because it's air and fuel mixture is lower than new bullet classic. This is main reason of higher milage in Honda . After update its equal to royal Enfield . At last picture has changed new royal Enfield engines are refined as Honda , services ,parts availablity is great in royal Enfield.

I'm not a expert, but i do believe that changing the sproket and brake pads this frequently, don't speaks for reliability. Ridden pulser for 1lakh plus kms bj never changed the sproket, brake pads a few times only, rear ia drum by the way.

My biggest con with this bike is seat comfort. I can ride max 1-1.5hrs. Gel seat try Kari. Fail. Air cushion try kiya. Good. Thinking of converting the seat to proper bucket seat.

Anyone faced Alloy issue on Highness? I got new Highness 15 days back and recently got to know about alloy defects on rear alloy. There are small holes, seems to be manufacturing defects. showroom says, alloy needs to be sent to Honda for checking and I will have to wait 10-15 day without bike

Every youtuber is scared to criticize Royal Enfield because of fear of audience loss or backlash.. But most of the people know that Royal Enfield delivers just everage quality bikes and experience. Ohkk apart from chain sprocket you can self change engine oil, air filter ,oil filter if its in bike ... Know your bike well be her lover. Atleast you can care her by your own at some limits trust me ..

Many users are reporting Handle wobble issue at certain speed range (70-80) when bike is loaded with pillion/luggage..please make a video is it real issue.... Should one be concerned about this handle wobble issue as it occur only when we leave the handle... Does in long run it will cause shoulder pain

Distant Service centre is enough for changing someone's mind. Considering how far they are. Gurgaon waalon ke liye shayad zyada problem naa ho kyonki udhar paas paddta hoga unke liye. Delhi waalo ki lag jayenge🤣, you know. Woh alag baat hai log long ride ke naam par Bigwing hi jaa rahe ho.😆 R.E. waalo ka centre mil toh jaata hai yahan. Bike ki quality toh bahut acchi performance wise compared to other same category bikes, but service centre ka issue hai, mujhe aisa lagta hai. Nice video.

Please tell in detail? I am also in dilemma to buy this bike or not because of this one & only issue. My Gixxer 155 also had the same problem but never had any issues in Pulsar 150 & Avenger 220. I have observed that all Japanese bikes have this issue in common don't know why! I know every vehicle's pick up goes down significantly in higher altitude be it two wheeler or four wheeler but in Japanese small bikes its goes down to a troublesome extant. Feels like engine is suffocating & it deny completely to even crowl uphill.

Hi Deep, thank you for detail but honest review. You have made me easy to decide now. I have been ridding RE Thunderbird 350x for last few years and now thinking to change my bike but was not so sure which one to go with between RE Meteor or Honda H ness ! But now, I think I have a fairly good idea which one to go with! Many thanks for your effort. Have a safe ride, Oh by the way I’m in Nepal and hope you have ridden here too( mostly rough road conditions). Hope Honda H’ness will tackle these pod holes well!! Cheers

Nice video 👍, I recently bought anniversary edition and would like to know that is it mandatory to ride the bike with a speed of 60 kmpl for first 1000 kms or till first service? Or I can go till 80 kmpl or beyond that speed?

You can go upto 100 kmph but smoothly not in hasty manner

I purchased with all your pro Honda marketing and advocating. My bike has problem of noise from front shockers, back shocker right side leakage, rear brake makes so much noise and is very poor. Covered just 1800 km and that too on plain roads. Rusting also observed on silencer though I always keep it covered with rain cover. Handle is too hard which they tried to correct but feel it isn still hard. Would have baught RE my tested and trusted which even after 18yrs I am having.

I am having this bike from past 2 yrs and drove almost 7000km. 6000km on long drives. Riding is good comfortable but ta the same time rear brakes make so much of noise that on hilly track person on last turn will know someone applied brakes and Honda has no clue or remedy.

Hi, I was planning to buy a bike but not having any idea about bikes. And by seeing your review and others I have finalized honda CB350.Now I finished 4000 km , but unfortunately I have started to face some issue with the bike. Premature brake pad wear, and a handlebar wobble at higher speeds and slight vibration in the handlebar and footpeg. Since in every review it was said to be no vibration and I was facing it, from some social media I came to know that there are a lot of users facing the above mentioned issues ( purchased in last 6 months) and honda is not addressing it. If it's possible can you ride a newer batch bike and share your experience since everyone who is facing this issue says honda has degraded the quality in recent models

My Hness is 6 months hold. All of it is very good except squeaking noise from rear disc breaks. Had it inspected at service centre. They cleaned the discs. But after 3 days squeaking noise it back. Other than this irritation my bike is a dream
