Servicing is more expensive than a X3 BMW and it's not great on fuel. My mothers 2021 kia get great fuel economy but her bonnet if it had to be replaced costs more than a 2021 C class, and so does the servicing. So yeah I'm not buying a kia again she loves them but I'm not a fan after owning one for 3 years.

I had a 2003 Peugeot 206 and the turbo blew, while I was on a date as well (I know, I really treat the ladies taking them about in my Peugeot 206), which was rather embarrassing with the amount of smoke it produced 😅 So I just scrapped it as it was on 160k miles and I think the previous owner had remapped the engine and maybe tweaked the turbo which probably didn’t help. Hi. If you look at the towing capacity and consider horse trailering then you need a good car and a permanent tow bar. A reasonable sports horse is 650 kg. A double horse trailer would end up at 2,200 kg for trailer and horse but MOST likely you'd need 2,400 minimum and up to 3,000kg in reality. So if you like this market, look for machines that can handle the weight legally and not those that look like they should!

Hi Matt, thanks for the great video as always, win some, you lose some in this line of business, I suppose, The Sportage is not a bad car also and like you said its a sensible option as you pointed out, so selling it should not be an issue. Not like here in Seychelles though right now it is difficult to sell a nice second hand car as people tend to want to buy new cars out of the gate and some newer model cars are a little more affordable and dealers here tend to saturate them as much as possible, the government doesn't seem to care at all. So on the topic of why do you stay in a dull miserable place like UK, sometimes is not so much of a bad thing at times as your business is working, granted it doesn't always go your way, but it works.

It's the alloy wheel refurb price I can't get my head around here, I know you're in the trade, but I've got the same problem of crusty alloys on my Hyundai ix35 with the similar diamond cut two-tone alloys and my local alloy refurb place want £150....per wheel!

Just about to settle down to watch Matt’s latest. Kia Sportages are great cars 👌as sales of new and used demonstrate. I see the wonder grip van is again not generating its owner any revenue parked up.
