No industry next to the shoreline, you should have a lot of unique builds and tourist and leisure commercial area and have many Highrise buildings, since having industry by the shoreline could pollute your water.

I am loving this series of videos on one of my fav games ever, but would it not be better to use your coastline for high residential as much as possible? I know when I lived in CA 4 miles from the water the tallest and most beautiful buildings was on the coast line.

the intersection you where messing with at 20:00 towards the roundabout have the road on the ground so do like a big 4 way intersection there then the road slops up to the elevated road

When a highway has an on ramp then immediately an off ramp that does redid trouble. Always. It's why almost all the basic highway intersections suck. Horribly.
