nah, it's because of how youtube load a page, it first load what everyone see, so the top bar with the search, notification, logo, ect, then tittle of the video and description with the current number of views, then it loads the video content, then load the video suggestions (the video on the right of the comments) and THEN it loads the commands and the number of comment, so if someone comment something between the load of number of views and between the load of number of comment, it can make this little gap ^^
