Throughout the episodes there are a few times where he looks up to heaven like he is praying to God like we all should do when we question things that God is doing but we come to God with a soft voice and a voice of love knowing that he is in control. There is nothing wrong with questioning God as long as it's done in love and in prayer. The episode where he tore the trunk off the car he was told in his heart specifically not to do that but he did his own will therefore he had to stand before God and be called up to heaven. But I always like it when Jonathan looks up to heaven and prays to God like we all do seeking help like a father even if it is a question or a prayer.
