HIIT Shoulder and Tricep Workout
3 sets x 10 reps
Shoulder Press
Lateral Raises
Jump Chest Squats
3 sets x 10 reps
Lateral Raises
Bent over Lateral Raises
Tricep Kickbacks
Knees to Chest
3 sets x 10 reps
Dumbbell Tricep Press
Seat Front Raises
Dumbell Tricep Extension
5 Sets x 10 Reps
Dips with Leg Raises
Normal Dips
HIIT Circuit
20 Secs each station x 5 rounds
