So I used to do T25 religiously. I fell off of it and then got into a car accident which hurt my lower back. Even though I've recovered its been years and getting back into T25 is hard because i don't have the space to so the workouts. Luckily I found this video and because I memorized all the workouts I was able to apply them to this for the high intensity body resistance workout I like to do and man, I'm so glad I found this video now. 20 min workout timed perfectly where I'm not stopping and resetting a timer is amazing or following T25 again feels better because even with T25 I always felt like I wasn't good enough from the way their coaches and people looked even though I could keep up with them. Just happy to be able to workout at home more now.

I love this video don’t get me wrong…but for me it’s hard to make the decision to finally start being active again. For the past two years I’ve been going through several stages of depression and mental grief over my trauma. Ngl I put on a few pounds. After those two years of starving myself I finally got out of my toxic relationship and started eating again. But that turned into overeating which caused more depression and me hating my body even more. So now that a new year is about to start I wanted to change my eating habits and change my weight. So thank you for this video! ❤

Played this only intending to do a quick 7 rounds after my cleaning spree, but the music was so good that I kept going and did all 20 minutes! It flew by too. Definitely going to be using this from now on instead of my phones stopwatch!
